Two taps to cancel

Step 1. Open your account: account.hersagain.com.

Step 2. Subscription → Cancel.

That is the entire flow. No phone call. No email-only loop. No "we'd love to know why" survey gating the cancel button.

What happens after you cancel

The cancellation is immediate. Any sticks already shipped are yours to keep. You will not be charged again. You can restart at any time from the same account screen.

If you want a refund

Within 90 days of delivery, opened sticks count toward the refund. Email support and we send a return label. No restocking fee.
